It's a comfortable club complex of luxury villas based upon the principles of environmental sustainability, family values and safety. The project is made up of 9 villas of 3 different types: two-storey, three-storey and four-storey, ranging from 450 to 1,139 m2, which are ideal for both relaxation and everyday life.

The complex will be located on top of a mountain in the Chalong district of Phuket island, Thailand, with stunning views of the sea. Just ten minutes away from your new villa there are four gorgeous beaches, several international schools and all the necessary infrastructure.

During the construction of the complex we strictly adhere to the principle of environmental sustainability, which is why the La Vista villas will be awarded EDGE certification — an international standard for ecological buildings which recognizes a contribution to the preservation of the environment. This certification indicates that the technologies used during design and construction allow us to reduce water consumption by more than 20% and electricity consumption by more than 40%.
